Hi, I’m PAUL CUMMINGS.

For more than two decades, I’ve worked in roles where calm, steady leadership wasn’t optional — it was essential. I began my career as a military officer and later became an emergency manager, spending years guiding teams through high-pressure situations, crises, and conflict.

What I learned in those environments has shaped everything I do now.

People can think more clearly, communicate more honestly, and resolve conflict more compassionately when they feel safe.

Over time, I discovered that my greatest strength wasn’t authority, it was presence. I have always been the one others turn to when things are chaotic, emotional, or uncertain. Helping people feel seen, heard, and supported is the work that comes most naturally to me.

That path led me to mediation and facilitation.

Today, I help couples, families, and organizations navigate difficult conversations with clarity, empathy, and courage. My approach is trauma-aware, emotionally grounded, and rooted in the belief that conflict can be a doorway to connection when handled with care.

If you’re looking for support, whether in a personal relationship or a professional environment, I’d be honored to help you move toward resolution, understanding, and a more peaceful way forward.
